GenBio AI Expands Global Leadership with Ziv Bar-Joseph as Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer

Bar-Joseph arrives at GenBio AI with a wealth of expertise from Sanofi, a renowned global pharmaceutical leader. During his tenure as Vice President and Head of R&D Data and Computational Sciences, he led multidisciplinary teams that harnessed the power of machine learning, computational biology, and data science to accelerate the discovery of drugs and vaccines. Alongside his industry experience, Bar-Joseph holds an esteemed academic position as the FORE Systems Professor of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). His research delves into biological systems modeling and AI applications in genomics and systems biology, earning him accolades such as the 2012 Overton Prize in computational biology.
