RE/MAX Leads the Way: Dominating the 2024 RealTrends Agent and Team Rankings

In the fiercely competitive landscape of real estate, RE/MAX has once again asserted its dominance, with a striking presence in the 2024 RealTrends Agent and Team Rankings. This achievement underscores the brand’s commitment to fostering high-caliber professionals who prioritize productivity and excellence in their service.

Out of nearly 22,000 agents and team leaders who made the cut for this prestigious list, a remarkable 2,495 are RE/MAX affiliates. This means that nearly one in eight of the recognized professionals hail from the RE/MAX network, a testament to the unparalleled level of service and expertise they offer to clients across the United States.

To be included in the rankings, individual agents were required to close at least 40 transaction sides or equivalent in sales volume in 2023. Teams, on the other hand, needed a minimum of 60 transaction sides or an equivalent in sales volume for the same period.

Adding to their series of accolades, 138 RE/MAX agents and teams also secured spots in the 2024 RealTrends + Tom Ferry “The Thousand” rankings. This elite group represents the top 1,000 agents and teams nationwide in terms of transaction sides and sales volume. Impressively, out of those 138 distinguished RE/MAX affiliates, 118 secured their place through the sheer number of transaction sides they managed, a clear indicator of the productivity and drive embodied by the RE/MAX network.

Nick Bailey, the President of RE/MAX, LLC, lauded the accomplishments, remarking, “RE/MAX agents continue to excel because of their unwavering commitment to high standards and values. Their dedication to delivering exceptional service and expertise is what sets them apart, and this recognition is a tribute to their professional excellence.”

The performance of RE/MAX teams was particularly noteworthy, with 969 qualifying teams averaging 18.1 transaction sides per agent. This significantly outperforms the average for all other teams included in the rankings. Furthermore, RE/MAX teams boasted the highest sides-per-agent averages in three out of the four team categories, showcasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the collaborative environment that RE/MAX supports.

Bailey added, “Our agents possess a deep understanding of their local markets, allowing them to provide personalized solutions and strategic advice to their clients. These rankings are a testament to the outstanding results that buyers and sellers can expect when they choose a RE/MAX affiliate.”

In the dynamic world of real estate, RE/MAX remains a step ahead, offering its agents cutting-edge tools, educational programs through RE/MAX University®, and a robust technology platform, MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE.
