Nick Niglio Passes Away, Macau Friends Remembrance Gathering on April 7
We are deeply saddened to share that Nick Niglio, a cherished figure in the world of gaming, passed away on the evening of Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
Nick Niglio’s illustrious career included significant roles as Executive Vice President at both Caesar’s World Marketing and Trump Taj Mahal. Over two decades ago, his journey led him to Macau, where his initial venture was into the emerging sphere of online gaming. Quickly transitioning into the VIP gaming sector, he joined Neptune Group Limited as a member of the Board of Directors in 2007. The company later rebranded to Rich Goldman Holdings Limited in 2017, where he continued his directorial role up until his passing.
Unfortunately, Nick had been grappling with declining health for several years. In August 2024, he relocated to Ho Chi Minh City to be closer to Linda, his life partner since they met in Macau in 2003, and their children, Jacky and Kimberley.
His funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29, in Ho Chi Minh City, attended by family and a few friends who could make the journey to Vietnam at short notice.

A favored patron of the Lion’s Bar at MGM Macau, Nick enjoyed regular social gatherings there until its closure in 2016. Thus, celebrating his life at ABA Bar, located near the former Lion’s Bar, is a thoughtful tribute. Attendees are encouraged to spread the word about this heartfelt gathering on April 7.
Nick Niglio was revered as a gentleman and storyteller, possessing vast knowledge of the gaming worlds in both Asia and the United States. His tales were legendary, often shared during lively gatherings with friends in Macau. His presence will surely be missed, but his stories and the memories will live on among those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
