(BSI), a pioneer in next-generation proteomics through deep learning and AI-driven biotechnology solutions, have taken significant strides in their collaborative journey with the co-development of PEAKS 12.5. The latest software release is fully integrated with the ZenoTOF 7600+ system and exclusively supports ZT Scan DIA for proteomic applications.
This cutting-edge software platform introduces a unique de novo assisted pipeline complemented with deep learning algorithms to effectively exploit data from the ZT Scan DIA’s scanning Q1 quadrupole dimension. By adopting a novel scoring algorithm that combines Data-Dependent Acquisition (DDA) and Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) data analysis methods, the software significantly enhances the sensitivity, accuracy, and quantitation results offered by the ZenoTOF 7600+ system. This advanced Q1 dimension imparts DDA-like quality to the data, enriching precursor information associated with MS/MS scans, thus markedly improving accuracy and amplifying identification and quantitation rates.
An added advantage of the software is its capability to visually present the Q1 profile of each identified peptide through an interactive GUI. This enables researchers to easily interpret and validate their results. The visualization of the Q1 profile also demonstrates an enhanced ability to deconvolve co-eluting fragment ion signals originating from both native and modified peptides.
