The lawsuit, which was filed in Baltimore Circuit Court, articulates accusations against the pharmacist of installing spyware on a staggering 400 computers, scattered throughout clinics, treatment rooms, and labs at this reputable teaching hospital.

University of Maryland Medical System spokesman Michael Schwartzberg remarked, “The actions alleged in this matter run counter to every single value we stand for.
