For the week ending March 28, these companies have proven their mettle: CrowdStrike, Omnissa, LevelBlue, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Celona, and Microsoft.

CrowdStrike: A New Milestone with Services Partner Program

Topping this week’s list of winners is cybersecurity titan, CrowdStrike. The company has further broadened its channel outreach with the introduction of a substantial Services Partner Program. This initiative aims to amplify its Falcon Next-Gen SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) offering, heavily relying on partners to deliver services such as consulting, implementation, and managed services.

“We’re viewing it as a transformative strategy to engage partners in new ways,” commented Daniel Bernard, CrowdStrike’s chief business officer. The program is designed to foster partner integration, allowing CrowdStrike to work collaboratively with global system integrators, MSPs, and MSSPs.

Omnissa: Forging Ahead Post Spin-Out

Omnissa, born from VMware’s end-user computing division, receives commendation this week for launching an invigorated partner program. Under a new mandate post its detachment from VMware and acquisition by KKR for a staggering $4 billion, Omnissa is investing in partner engagement to compete robustly in the virtualization market.

The company’s new program is structured around a three-tier system – Platinum, Gold, and Silver, and is adaptable for resellers, service providers, and technology partners. This approach promises improved margins, comprehensive training, and more for solution providers, enabling them to maximize their business potential with Omnissa’s offerings like Workspace One and Horizon.

LevelBlue: Transforming the Security Services Landscape

Completing the trifecta of partner program rollouts, LevelBlue secures its place on the list. This standalone entity originating from AT&T Cybersecurity is inviting partners to become Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) through its newly launched partner program.

LevelBlue’s offering includes a spectrum of security services, from USM Anywhere to Managed Threat Detection and Response, along with training and support for partners to transition seamlessly into the MSSP role. “Our aim is to streamline cybersecurity offerings making it accessible yet robust for all,” explained Sundhar Annamalai, President of LevelBlue.

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Celona: A Partnership for the Future

Networking giant Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise has joined forces with private wireless provider Celona to usher in an era of integrated networking solutions enriched with 5G capabilities. This collaboration is set to address the connectivity challenges in sectors such as manufacturing, warehouses, and airport facilities, where the applications of IoT are expanding rapidly.

Charles Matthews, senior vice president of strategy for ALE, expressed enthusiasm about this opportunity, noting the integration of 5G and the comprehensive connectivity options it brings forth for ALE partners and customers.

Microsoft: Pioneering Automation with AI Agents

Rounding out this week’s list is Microsoft, which has made significant strides by introducing a set of AI agents to its Security Copilot platform. This marks a pivotal phase in Microsoft’s commitment to automation, offering enhanced security solutions amidst a surge of interest in AI technologies.

Dorothy Li, corporate vice president for Microsoft Security Copilot, articulates, “The expansion into AI agents demonstrates our continual push towards providing sophisticated automation solutions to aid security teams burdened with growing digital threats.” With these AI agents, Microsoft’s security portfolio, including Defender, Sentinel, and Entra, is set to experience transformative efficiencies and capabilities.

This week’s highlights showcase how these standout companies are not only innovating but are strategically bolstering their offerings through alliances, new programs, and technological enhancements.
